White Sands is on the beautiful island of Sal and located only 400m from the white sandy beach of Santa Maria. Situated 15 minutes drive from the international airport of Sal.
This small resort is within walking distance of the old town which offers a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
White Sands consists of 31 large apartments, including 8-1 bedroom penthouses. All units have air conditioning, modern fitted kitchens, wardrobes and appliances, as standard. A four story structure, the building has quite a unique design consisting of a mix of stone and plain cream walls. Most apartments also have large balconies.
It is no wonder that investors have zoned in on the former capital of the island, Santa Maria.
